Movie cast & crew auditions

Location: New York, NY (On-site & Remote Work Opportunities) Everybody Shines Productions LLC is a New York–based independent production company dedicated to creating original films, series, and documentary-driven content while providing meaningful access to the industry for emerging talent. We are currently producing our first major feature film and launching a TV show concept titled Casting the Crew: An Invitation to All Networks, where two teams of actors and crew members will compete in a 10-week challenge for a chance to participate in the film. What We Offer • Participation in a documentary and TV show proof-of-concept • Selected participants will join our official podcast, discussing industry impact and the importance of supporting independent creatives • 2% revenue participation of subscriber revenue from the streaming platform once it reaches 2,000 subscribers (paid every 3 months) • Formal contractual agreement to ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and payments Requirements: • Portfolio or examples of work relevant to the role • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Professionalism and commitment to the project timeline
