 The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and work collaboratively with both our digital and television teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create engaging content for broadcast and digital platforms with attention to grammar and detail.
* Shoot and Edit video for all media platforms.
* Create content that captivates and informs readers.
* Set up and Support live and pre-recorded broadcast and streams.
* Manage multiple projects with flexibility and efficiency.
* Collaborate with team members while also working independently.
* Direct and Operate remote equipment (cameras, graphics, etc.) during newscasts and LIVE productions.

Requirements:

* Multi-tasking
* Excellent writing and communication skills.
* Understanding of social media and digital analytics is a plus.
* Calm, positive demeanor under deadline pressure.
* Proficiency in computer usage; experience with Photoshop, Adobe Suite, WordPress and OBS capabilities is a plus.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Degree in Journalism or related field.
* Experience in television production or post-production.

Work Environment: Team atmosphere in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting with tight deadlines.
