Job Description
“Chicago Fire” is seeking a Caucasian female stand-in to assist with lighting, camera blocking, and production setups. This paid television stand-in opportunity is looking for talent who closely matches the required physical characteristics of a cast member and can work professionally during long production days in the Chicago area.
Job Responsibilities
Work as a stand-in for a cast member during television production.
Assist the lighting and camera departments with scene setups.
Follow blocking and positioning instructions from the production team.
Maintain consistent marks and positioning between setups.
Remain attentive and available throughout potentially long filming days.
Work professionally with the production crew and other stand-ins.
Requirements
Caucasian female talent.
Dark hair or reddish dark hair.
Approximately 5’6″–5’8″.
Approximately 145–170 lbs.
Must closely match the height, build, complexion, and hair color of the actor.
Must be local to Chicago, surrounding suburbs, or nearby Illinois border states.
Previous stand-in or on-set background experience is preferred.
Must be comfortable with early call times and approximately 12-hour production days.
Compensation
$192 for up to 8 hours.
Time-and-a-half overtime after 8 hours.
