A television series is seeking a stand-in actor for Chicago Fire filming in the Chicago area. This paid opportunity is open to African American males who closely match the principal actor’s height, build, and complexion. Stand-ins play a vital role in helping the camera and lighting departments prepare scenes, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced or aspiring production professionals.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as a stand-in for a principal actor during production.
Assist the camera and lighting departments with scene setup and rehearsals.
Follow direction from the production team throughout filming.
Maintain continuity and professionalism during extended production days.
Requirements
African American male, ages 20s–40s.
Height between 6’4″ and 6’8″.
Weight between 185–240 lbs.
Medium to light skin tone.
Dark hair.
Must be able to work as a local hire in the Chicago area or surrounding eligible regions.
Available for recurring filming over the first several months of production.
Compensation
$192 for 8 hours.
Time and a half after 8 hours.
