Job Description A training and development organization is seeking non-union actors (ages 18–35) for a specialized program in Buffalo, New York. The selected actors will perform interactive drama simulations designed to help medical professionals navigate sensitive conversations involving organ donation and other critical medical scenarios. This role is ideal for actors with a background in education, improvisation, or applied theater who are compassionate, empathetic, and committed to realistic performance work. Participate in rehearsals and training sessions to learn medical terminology and program structure. Engage in guided improvisation to support educational objectives during live simulations.
