North Pole Experience Elf Actors

In addition to performing, you will be expected to take direction from the Production Team and leadership, implementing feedback to enhance the quality of the show. This position requires availability for shifts between 2:00 PM and 12:00 AM on event nights, as well as during some rehearsals, which may include weekends. Responsibilities • Create a realistic North Pole Elf experience for families at Busch Gardens Christmas Town , • Engage with families and children of all ages as they embark on their journey to share Christmas wishes and cheer , • Speak on live mic , • Consistently perform with the same high energy experience repetitively throughout the night of the event , • Cheerfully take and implement notes and direction from the Production Team + leadership , • Maintain a tidy and safe work area , • Maintain a professional, friendly, engaging demeanor while working with a diverse group of customers, leadership and co-workers , • Perform other duties as assigned based on business need Requirements • At least 18 years of age , • Available for shifts between the times of 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM on event nights and during some rehearsals , • Able to disclose accurate availability for all event/rehearsal dates during the audition process , • Previous acting performance experience preferred , • Talent must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time , • Follow through on show notes to ensure progress in specific areas and adhere to creative vision of the Production Team , • Maintain personal appearance by meeting costume and make-up requirements Nice-to-haves • Experience in a customer service role , • Ability to work in a team environment , • Strong communication skills
