Part-time Patient Acting Role

Job Opportunity We are currently seeking a part-time patient actor to portray patients in our simulation lab. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing students with realistic and engaging learning experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include portraying a healthy gynecological patient, providing feedback after the simulated experience to students on areas of demonstrated competency and improvement, and contributing to a work environment that encourages knowledge, respect, and development of skills for diverse cultures and backgrounds. Responsibilities: • Portray a healthy gynecological patient in a simulated environment • Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment Requirements: • Training as a Female Gynecological Teaching Associate (GTA) • Ability to portray a healthy gynecological patient convincingly • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Maintain confidentiality of student performance • Knowledge of or ability to learn quickly University software programs • Willingness to innovate organizational practices
