We are seeking a Simulation Participant to join our team. About the Role They must have matching physical attributes for the available roles and be able to consistently and accurately portray specific emotions, behaviors, and physical disease symptoms while interacting with students in the healthcare field during simulated patient encounters designed to enable student experiential learning and/or assessment of student skills. • The SP works varied hours on an on-call in-person basis and must be willing to wear a hospital gown with or without undergarments, as needed for case portrayal. Other skills required to perform successfully as a Simulation Participant include being detail-oriented, having an excellent memory, and communication skills.
