Performer Lead

What You'll Do: The Performer Lead serves as a liaison between performers and Entertainment Leadership, supporting performance shifts, leadership tasks, rehearsals, and creative projects. Responsibilities: • Follow established steps of service to ensure all performances start and run smoothly • Able to work independently while maintaining clear communication and collaborating effectively with team members • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and comply with all company policies and safety regulations • Attend and lead pre-shift meetings • Ensure all costumes, props, microphones, and performance equipment are ready and in working condition • Check the performance area or stage setup for safety and efficiency • Make real-time decisions on performance structure and timing • Step in when needed to adjust performances, handle technical issues, or manage guest interactions • Provide detailed post-shift and post-rehearsal reports • Address any performer concerns, scheduling conflicts, or last-minute adjustments professionally • Actively assist hourly team members throughout the shift and coach them to ensure the highest level of guest experience and adherence to service standards • May assist the department manager with select tasks related to onboarding and training hourly team members • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by Entertainment leadership based on business needs Qualifications: • 18+ years of age • Previous leadership and organizational experience in entertainment or related fields • Performance experience required in theater, improv, hosting, voice acting, puppetry, mascot work, or character acting • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Passionate about entertaining others • Strong conflict resolution skills to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive guest experience • Able to communicate effectively in English • Must have reliable form of transportation and be able to work flexible shifts, inclusive of weekends, days, late nights, and holidays
