My friend group has a long, complicated history of pranks, inside jokes, and general tomfoolery. Because of this, I am in need of an actor / actress who can play the role of the founder of the "Milk Intolerance Committee", a fictional organization I have created in order to to prank my friend (I can go into more detail as needed). You will "run into" said friend of mine at a coffee shop here in Rochester (I have his roommate in on the prank, who will get him to go there). Your job is simple: Introduce yourself as the founder of the "Milk Intolerance Committee", offer a free gift card (which will be provided to you) in exchange for a photo with him for the monthly newsletter (which doesn't really exist). This is all that is required, it should take maybe 20 minutes.
