We are currently looking for a career-minded, team-oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated Producer who is looking to grow in the filming industry. Job Description Troubleshoot any issues regarding cast, crew, or budget Be able to delegate responsibility to each department accordingly Assist in script editing or other source material Source, secure finance and manage budgets Coordinate with casting coordinator Create and monitor schedules Work closely with directors. Hire staff for production, such as the director, and crew members Coordinate the activities of writers, directors, managers, actors, and other personnel throughout the production process Establish production management policies Approve major production changes Monitor post-production processes to ensure accurate completion of details Perform management activities such as overseeing budgeting, scheduling, planning, and marketing Conduct meetings with staff to discuss production progress and check-ins to ensure production objectives goals are met Desired Skills Communication skills for coordinating between different departments and personnel Time management to ensure projects meet deadlines The ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure Budgeting in order for each production to fall under cost limits Must have knowledge of media production and communication. The ability to be thorough and pay attention to detail.
