Production Assistants Job in Production Assistants - Jason on Staats Event Tour (SLC & Portland)

What You'll Do:

You'll be the registration backbone of the event. Set up badge printing stations, manage the tech side of check-in (and troubleshoot when things go sideways), direct attendees where they need to go, and keep everything running smoothly. You'll be the first person attendees see, so communication and composure matter.

The Gig:

Two tour stops, same responsibilities, consistent pay. Early afternoon starts with flexible end times depending on which shift you're covering.

Locations & Dates:

Salt Lake City, UT — June 22, 2026
Portland, OR — June 24, 2026

Shifts:

Full shift: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM (7 hours)
Short shift: 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM (5 hours)

Uniform:
Business-casual pants, comfortable shoes. Event t-shirt provided (we'll collect sizes ahead of time).
