Major Label Group, LLC an apparel company based in NYC seeks a Production Manager to join our Production department. Duties include but not limited to: Manage account approval process and communication with customer for follow up. Review orders from customers / check for accuracy and communicate with cross functional teams for updates/changes. Monitor TNA of styles and proactively foresee any potential issues and address with cross-functional team Constant review with Sales/Design/Color Team for all approvals i.e., lab dips/strike-offs/trims Communicate approvals/rejections to overseas teams with intricate details Monitor status of fit approvals with Tech Design Team. Organize and request customer AD, PP, and TOP samples from overseas Review labels/hangtags for accuracy Communication with sales team regarding program approval requests/samples Daily email communication with overseas Maintain Walmart Sustainability Portal and have knowledge of the program.
