Radical Hospitality Team Member

Members of the Radical Hospitality Team work together to foster a welcoming environment for all people, especially for those belonging to historically excluded communities and identities. The position will require you to work on evenings and weekends and may require the ability to lift items up to 30 pounds. Actors Theatre is an arts and culture organization as social enterprise, sharing experiences centered in a commitment to create a more just society through the ongoing disruption of the cycles of oppression, marginalization, and exploitation. Ability to work and collaborate effectively with many different constituencies, including staff, volunteers, and guests.Ability to prioritize appropriately.Capacity to be aware of and in control of their emotional wellness and be able to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically. A strong sense of professional and personal boundaries when providing hospitality to guests.Adept at creatively addressing problems as they arise.Ability to work as an effective team member and maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations.Effective communication and collaborative skills.Fluency in a second language (preferred but not required)
