Restorative Aide

The Actors Fund Home, an assisted living, skilled nursing, accredited dementia care ,sub acute rehabilitation center and memory care unit located in Englewood, NJ, and a recipient of the U.S. News and World Report’s coveted “Best Nursing Homes in America,” seeks a Restorative Aide who will be responsible for performing restorative procedures that maximize residents' existing abilities, emphasize independence instead of dependence and minimize the negative effects of disability with an attitude of realistic optimism under the supervision of the rehabilitation therapist and nursing department. • Maintain documentation of therapy programs and participates in the development and evaluation of resident’s progress and goals. • Perform clerical duties within the department, including maintenance of client files and records under the direction of the therapist; assist in scheduling, transporting and preparation of residents/clients for rehabilitation services. • Ability to work independently and problem solve with a minimal supervision.
