Utilize acting skills to realistically portray various roles and scenarios.
Collaborate with training coordinators and team members to ensure effective and accurate training.
Remain adaptable and think on your feet to adjust to changing scenarios and situations.
Communicate effectively with team members and trainers to provide feedback and enhance training.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while performing various roles.
Attend all required training sessions and follow proper safety protocols.
Continuously develop and improve acting skills to accurately portray various situations.
Act as a reliable and dependable team member, arriving on time and prepared for all training sessions.
Represent the State of Oregon and its commitment to exceptional service in all interactions.
Assist in the development of training materials and scenarios as needed.
Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations set forth by the State of Oregon.
Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity when performing role-playing scenarios.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Continuously strive to improve the effectiveness and impact of training sessions.
