Summary: The RPA (Role Player) will support training delivery at the CDP(Center for Domestic Preparedness) portraying victims, protestors, casualties; potentially wearing makeup and clothing to simulate casualties/injuries during training scenarios. RPA will be familiar with the scenario and objectives of the exercise and will review any relevant background information and resources. RPA will act out their role in the scenario in a realistic and convincing manner, while maintaining the safety of all participants. Occasional support to other departments to include Logistics by assisting in the maintenance and repair of training equipment, transporting, and setting up training equipment and performing warehousing, packing, and shipping duties. Accepts constructive criticism and is receptive to changes in the work environment.
