The ideal candidate will possess a genuine love for the Christmas spirit, exceptional communication skills, and the physical stamina required to deliver a magical and memorable interaction with guests of all ages, especially children, throughout the holiday season. This is a temporary, seasonal position but annually which means this role is a necessity and it's something to look forward to! Qualifications and Requirements Appearance: Must possess a natural, full beard (preferably white or able to be professionally whitened/styled) or be willing to wear a high-quality prosthetic. Stamina: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 4-5 hours) and maintain high energy levels.
