Duties and Responsibilities • Perform as characters to startle and frighten guests at our themed events • Consistently deliver multiple scares throughout the night, requiring stamina and physical fitness in some positions • Ensure timely clocking in and out at the beginning and end of assigned shifts • Receive and implement direction from authority figures • Maintain a clean and safe workspace • Foster a positive working relationship with colleagues from diverse backgrounds Requirements • A minimum age requirement of 18 years old • Availability to work extended hours, potentially between 5:00 PM and 2:00 AM on rehearsal and event nights • Prioritization of event nights, with availability being a factor in determining employment offer and role placement
