Casting for "Scaries," an upcoming short film. Logline: Something is stealing bodies in the town of Shade Falls. Professor Cagney leads his “professional” team of naive college freshmen into the small town mystery with the hope that this will bring Scarie Hunting to the mainstream. Scaries is a mockumentary horror comedy crossing the spookiness of the X-Files with the comedy of The Office. Production states "All of us work and are based in Los Angeles but we grew up in New Orleans and are looking to shoot in St. Francisville, LA and hire local New Orleans/Louisiana talent."
