School Administation/Principal

This is an onsite position, where you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of our students and shape the future of our school. With a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to apply your skills and experience in an educational setting. As the School Principal at The Emerge Center, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing a team of 20 dedicated teachers and support staff. This will enable you to direct the operation of the school in compliance with these regulations. The knowledge and skills required for the position are: • Master's Degree in Education • Understanding and creating Fiscal Budgets • Responsible for the overall operation of the school, its students and staff • Effective management of programs, personnel, materials, and facilities to develop a learning climate for the unique needs of our charter • Directing the operation of the school per the policies established by the Louisiana Department of Education, and the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board • Responsible for the planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating functions of the overall management and leadership of the school
