Seasonal Haunted House Actor

Join the cast and crew of one of Indy’s top-rated haunted attractions The Thirteenth Hour is now hiring energetic and dependable team members for our 2026 fall season. We’re looking for performers, support staff, and customer service team members who love Halloween, acting, or working in fast-paced, themed environments. Positions available include: - Haunted house actors - Customer service / front-of-house staff - Parking attendants - Highest Paying Whether you love to perform or prefer to help behind the scenes, we have a role for you Season Dates: Late September through early November (mostly Friday–Sunday nights) Auditions / Interviews Begin July 2026 Responsibilities - Portray characters and interact with guests in themed environments - Take direction from managers and work collaboratively with other team members - Stay in character and maintain energy during high-volume nights - Assist with line control, ticket scanning, and general event flow (non-acting roles) - Support safety protocols and maintain a professional attitude Qualifications Required: - At least 16 years old by first day of work - Reliable transportation to and from venue - Able to stand, walk, crouch, and move for 4–6 hours - Comfortable working in dark, foggy, loud environments with strobe lights - Available most Friday–Sunday nights during haunt season - Good attitude and team player Preferred (not required): - Theater, performance, or improv experience - Customer service or events background - Comfortable in costume/makeup - Love for horror or Halloween Application Instructions Visit thirteenthhourindy.com/casting to learn more.
