Seasonal Scare Actor Recruitment

Join us for the thrilling 2026 Fright Fest Season and become a Scare Actor! No previous experience is required as we will provide training for those selected. Fright Fest Scare Actor Auditions: Deliver exciting and atmospheric entertainment while engaging with park guests.Perform regularly in assigned areas (Street Scare Zone or Haunted House) according to the schedules set by Entertainment Leadership.Develop skills and knowledge to maintain high-quality performances and appearance.Act on performance and safety feedback to ensure continuous improvement.Maintain personal appearance by adhering to costume and makeup requirements.Assist with daily operations of assigned shows and report prop/costume repairs promptly.Collaborate with fellow cast and crew members to foster a safe and enjoyable working environment.Complete backstage tasks and cleaning duties as scheduled.Follow all safety and procedural guidelines pertinent to the role.Perform other duties as assigned. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to qualify for hire.Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively in a cast role during the audition.Must be comfortable working outdoors during the evening in various weather conditions.Availability to attend all rehearsals and performance dates (schedule conflicts require pre-approval).Previous participation in community or school activities is advantageous but not mandatory.Able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure excellent guest service.This role can be physically demanding, requiring standing, walking, and crouching for extended periods.Must be able to lift, bend, reach, and carry up to 30 lbs, with some positions requiring stair climbing.Possess the mental and physical capacities essential for job performance.Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, both behind the scenes and in front of guests.Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.Successfully complete all company and department training requirements within set timelines.Not Scary?
