Rate:
THE EXECUTIVE - $750 flat/10 hrs
BACKGROUND/EXTRAS - $125 flat/6 hrs
PAYMENT: Net 7 after wrap. W-9 and signed appearance release required.

Location: Tampa, FL — single location, exact address on booking. Local hires only.
Non-union.
Shoot date: Saturday, August 15, 2026 (one day).
Performers portray fictional characters, not real patients.
USAGE: Organic and paid social plus web, one year, US territory. Buyout included in the rates above.
