Term : 3 months from first use with the exception of social media and third party non-downloadable sites, PR, Editorial, Agency and/or Client reels and award show use, where term is perpetuity for client owned websites and social property / passively in feed including YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok. Territory : Worldwide for internet by nature of the medium, Geo-gated to Virginia only on broadcast/streaming/paid platforms.
