Job Responsibilities: \\- Become a subject-matter expert on the piano industry, piano restoration, and Lindeblad Piano’s services \\- Create actionable plans to grow social media and nurture existing followers on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn \\- Create and post engaging content three times a week on all social media platforms \\- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook ads for Lindeblad businesses \\- Engage with followers online and answer questions to ensure a positive customer service experience \\- Write informative monthly newsletters for our email list \\- Assist in writing marketing materials, sales emails, and website content \\- Produce high-quality content for our blog \\- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology \\- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications \\- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions \\- Identify trends and insights & optimize spend and performance based on those insights Work Hours, Salary & Benefits: \\- Salary $45,000 \\- Full Time (Remote) \\- Flexible Hours \\- Paid Time Off (Including Holidays) \\- Health Insurance Schedule: 9pm - 5pm Monday through Friday Qualifications/Skills: \\- Excellent copywriting and communication skills \\- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate \\- Demonstrated ability to grow and manage social media presence \\- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach \\- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis \\- Dedication to continuous learning \\- Must be a team player Education and Experience Requirements: \\- Associate or Bachelors degree (preferred) \\- Two years of social media management experience (required) \\- Facebook ads experience (required) About Us Lindeblad Piano Restoration is one of the largest piano restoration companies in the world and has been in the business for over 100 years.
