Stage Manager Submissions for 2026-27 Season

SAN FRANCISCO PLAYHOUSE 2026-27 SEASON - STAGE MANAGER SUBMISSIONS

San Francisco Playhouse is seeking Equity stage managers for its 2026-27 Season. All races, ethnicities, genders, sexualities, and dis/abilities are encouraged to submit.

Stage manager: $1100 weekly minimum (Tier 5)

Assistant stage manager: $1003 weekly minimum (Tier 5)

Second Theatre (PERFECT DAUGHTER and R.O.I.):

Stage manager: $788 weekly minimum (Tier 3)

Assistant stage manager: $718 weekly minimum (Tier 3)

San Francisco Playhouse Mainstage productions rehearse 6 days per week, typically Tuesday-Sunday. Rehearsal times vary, but are often in the 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM range on weekdays and 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM on weekends. Mainstage productions are 8 shows per week, Tuesday-Sunday, with matinee performances on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Second Theatre productions rehearse 5 days per week and perform 6 shows per week.
