Please keep in mind that we are currently non-equity and not for profit but will be able to start a stage manager with a light salary that will grow with accomplishment, which needs to occur quickly. We also need to immediately attract award-winning actors to complement those we currently have, so it would benefit a stage manager to have the networking available to seek out actors who can represent characters in play with the capability to double cast each role. And due to the long run capability, we need to set the cast now for when the stage manager takes over as director. Our actors are non-union and receive profit sharing when they are on stage which can be substantial. While we all are believers in the message of the play we also realize that this will be an incredible opportunity to get to Broadway so we need an equally dedicated stage manager to help us get there.
