Strategic Finance & HR Director — Theatre nonprofit

Actors Theatre of Louisville is seeking a Director of Finance to lead budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and payroll within a creative, nonprofit setting. This role reports to the Managing Director and oversees cash management, audits, and HR compliance, currently supervising two direct reports.

You will collaborate with executive leadership to translate financial and workforce data into actionable guidance, strengthening systems and addressing risks for long-term sustainability.
