Actors Training Center (ATC), a not-for-profit acting school, seeks a talented and driven part-time Studio Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to build upon your professional experience in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. In many scenarios, you are someone’s first introduction to ATC and as such, must reflect the mission, brand, and vision of the school. • Provide administrative support for the studio such as (not limited to) calendar management (meetings and conference calls), processing registration/payment plans, etc. • Prepare rosters and class materials for instructors (must have basic Google sheets formatting knowledge) • Maintain and update extensive databases • Set up/breakdown studios for classes • Work with the board of directors and provide administrative support for tracking of donations, thank you letters, etc.
