As a Residential Superintendent, you will be the eyes on the ground and a reliable representative of our company who will collaborate to deliver top-quality workmanship for our custom high-end residential projects. Qualified candidates will demonstrate the following: _4+ years of supervisory experience in high-end residential construction _Ease with technology and construction sets - ability to use GSuite _Experience managing a crew as well as coordinating with tradespeople _Solid problem solving and communication skills _An enthusiasm for craftsmanship _A positive attitude and a team player _Ability to run a safe job site _Knowledge of Maine building code _OSHA 10 Certification _Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work sites Our company benefits include: _ Competitive hourly pay _ 4 day work week _ Six weeks paid vacation per year and paid company holidays (yes, really!)
