Gerald’s best friend and the one who’s helped him the most once he got out of prison. Randall himself has been in and out of the system, and has worked hard to live a clean and simple life. He doesn’t ask too many questions because he already knows the type of situation Gerald brings with him. There’s a sense he’s been in similar situations before, which makes him both useful and dangerous. Randall isn’t evil, he’s just normalized this world.
