Tommy is the field. He lives on-site, thinks in logistics, and has been let down by every office system Cornerstone has ever run. He is not angry — he is a man who has made peace with a broken world and keeps showing up anyway. Episode 2 is his — four hours of vendor calls, disconnected hold music, and a Google Sheet full of errors — and his payoff is finding six vetted electricians in thirty seconds.
Personality: Practical. Dry. Has the energy of someone who has restarted a tablet fourteen times and knows a fifteenth won't help but asks anyway. Genuinely good at his job. Just needs the tools to match.
Comedy Style: Underreaction. Tommy's biggest laughs come from responding to chaos with the flat affect of someone who has seen worse. His cameo in Episode 3 — appearing in the doorway looking for snacks, finding none, leaving — is the episode's biggest laugh with zero setup.
