One of the delivery witches punished by the Kemp Council, transformed back into a childlike version of himself after rebelling in the Delivery Room. Though skeptical and sarcastic, he gradually sides with Davina after realizing the Council is lying and becomes part of her effort to stop the dark witches from escaping the Other World.
