Courtney is working an HR job that she completely stumbled her way into. She has no idea how to do any of her work, and she knows she'll eventually get fired. While she's waiting for the shoe to drop, she's filling her time however she can, while also pushing the boundaries of what she can get away with. Courtney just wants everyone to forget she's there, so she doesn't have a ton of lines. But she does have a decent amount of screen time, and there's a lot of room for physical acting for someone who can find her expressions.
