The nemesis of Sin. He represents the things he can't be, he's a trigger of jealousy for Sin. He has both an intense sexual relationship with Summer whom Sin has to watch in a tortuous way as well as an actual marriage to Kay whom Sin feels Angel doesn't deserve either because Angel treats Kay like an after-thought. Angel plain out makes Sin jealous because he keeps taking what he wants.
Scene Intimacy Level: Angel has kissing scenes and simulated sex scenes with Summer. Angel will be shirtless and there will be caressing on the upper half of his body from the character Summer. With Kay there will be no sexual scenes, kissing or any form of intimacy as he is seen to just tolerate her more than anything.
