A young and outgoing Korean/Japanese boy (age: 7-14) to play the main character, Eli, in his childhood during a very informative trip to a thrift store with his mother, where she teaches him how to steal clothes. And a memorable moment sleeping in a car with his mother sharing ghost stories. These are two short scenes with small amounts of dialogue, but are extremely impactful to the overall story, and we could not imagine the film without these scenes! That’s why we’re looking for our young Eli who could breathe a spark of excitement into this role! No experience needed, just a willingness to read lines.
