The cold sheriff, he has seen many people go missing at Providence Lake and believes that the lake is hypnotizing the innocent youth into drowning in its water. Like the mother, he believes what he's thinking to be absolute and will stop at nothing to keep people from even hearing about the lake. He's cold, unfeeling, and makes sure that others know that he is the one in charge.
