Middle-aged man in a car. Impatiently honking & gesturing at the protagonist. One cynical line, facial expressions and body language will be very important. Needed in Bellevue for ~2 hours sometime on either 9/5 or 9/6, TBD. Bonus points if you have access to a retro (80s, 90s, early 2000s) pickup truck or large car/SUV for this character, please let me know!
