Netflix House is seeking enthusiastic Character Performers for immersive entertainment experiences in King of Prussia, PA. Performers will portray a variety of scripted characters, engage directly with guests, support storytelling moments, and help create memorable fan experiences in a fast-paced live environment. Successful candidates will be comfortable performing for live audiences, maintaining character consistency, interacting with guests, supporting crowd engagement, and adapting to dynamic guest-facing moments. Ideal backgrounds include character performance, improvisation, musical theatre performance, dance, interactive or immersive entertainment, theme park or attraction performance, hosting, emceeing, and other guest-facing entertainment experience. Roles may include portraying multiple characters and working collaboratively with fellow team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
