Systems Analyst

We provide superior systems, products, and services for the technologically savvy real estate industry in the Pacific Northwest. **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Systems Analyst is responsible for having a deep understanding of technical requirements, business needs, workflows and processes. The Systems Analyst is able to determine functional requirements, create test plans, analyze database structures, and assist our Application Administrators and Development Team members in the development and deployment of solutions. *This is a Full-Time position. * Coordinates with Infrastructure team on system growth, storage requirements and performance needs to keep systems running smoothly * Contributes to defining and documenting change management processes * Creates and maintains documentation of IT processes, procedures, and policies **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university; or equivalent education/experience in the computer science field * Minimum 5 years Systems Analysis or technical project manager experience * Strong understanding of requirements gathering, software evaluation / testing, application security and troubleshooting * Solid understanding of the threat and attack landscape, attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and how they are leveraged by malicious actors * Excellent organizational and analytical skills, detail oriented * Communicates effectively and thoroughly with Infrastructure Supervisor, IT Development team lead, and all other employees as appropriate * Maintains professional, positive, and supportive demeanor and attitude toward co- workers, and members as appropriate * Understanding of Dev Ops methodologies and tools, software development lifecycle best practices.
