John Casablancas is the founder of the Elite Model Management Agency, the largest modeling and talent agency in the world. The MTM Agencies were created to serve the graduates of the John Casablancas Modeling and Career Centers and other qualified models and actors/actresses in local markets. Each MTM Agency is staffed by an experienced and highly qualified Agency Director, whose job it is to develop client relationships and match models and talent to specific job assignments. The Agency Director position is the chief employee of the local agency, reporting to the Corporate Office and is charged with seeking model/talent assignments or jobs for talent represented by the MTM Agency.
