Seeking Talent Agent / Literary Representative for Studio Pitching

Location: Open (U.S.-based preferred)

Engagement: Commission-based / Representation

Start: Immediate

We are seeking an experienced talent agent or literary representative to represent and pitch a slate of film and television projects to major studios and production companies.

This opportunity is not speculative development —several studios and producers have already expressed interest in the material, and we are looking for a professional representative to formally package, pitch, and help close deals.

About The Material

Scripted film and television projects (details available upon entering into a formal working agreement)Market‑ready concepts with strong commercial and creative positioningExisting interest and preliminary conversations with studios already underway

What We’re Looking For

Established talent agent, manager, or literary representative with studio relationshipsProven experience pitching to major studios and streamersAbility to strategically package projects (talent attachments a plus)Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with industry deal structuresProfessional discretion and responsiveness

Ideal Candidate

Currently representing writers, directors, or producersComfortable stepping in once interest has been signaledUnderstands how to move projects from interest to option, sale, or attachmentLooking to add commercially viable material to their slate

Compensation

Standard industry commission structureLong-term representation potential depending on fit and outcomes
