As we expand into the Las Vegas market, we are seeking a driven and well-connected Talent Agent to help establish and grow our presence in one of the industry’s fastest-growing production hubs.
Position Overview
The Talent Agent will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and submitting talent for casting opportunities, while building relationships with casting directors, producers, and industry professionals. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial who is excited to grow with an emerging agency and play a key role in shaping its Las Vegas division.
Key Responsibilities
Scout, evaluate, and onboard new talent (actors, models, and creators)Submit talent to casting platforms (Casting Networks, Breakdown Services, etc.)Maintain strong relationships with casting directors and production teamsNegotiate contracts, rates, and booking terms on behalf of clientsGuide talent on career development, branding, and industry positioningTrack submissions, auditions, and bookingsStay up-to-date on industry trends and casting needs in the Las Vegas marketCollaborate with agency leadership on growth strategy and roster developmentQualifications
Previous experience as a Talent Agent, Assistant Agent, or Casting Professional preferredStrong understanding of the film, TV, and commercial casting processExisting relationships with casting directors in the Las Vegas market is a plusFamiliarity with casting platforms (Casting Networks, Casting.com, etc.)Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindsetAbility to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCompensation
