Talent Coordinator

We are a multimedia company that engages a global audience of millions of viewers monthly. We are looking for a detail-oriented, and passionate team player to join our growing team as Talent Coordinator. The role includes identifying rising stars, supporting existing clients, executing deal flow, managing, and finding new revenue generating partnerships. We work directly with our filmmaker clients, as well as communicating information to talent agents, managers, lawyers, studios, and network executives. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: • 2+ years of talent management, agency, PR, digital, or production/casting experience • Must be able to interact with talent, agents, creative production personnel, and executives • Coordinate directly with talent agencies, managers, and studios with schedules and provide project details • Should know casting basic terminology • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills • Must be multi-task oriented • Familiar with social media management • Should have strong knowledge of actor/actress • Maintain casting database and track casting statuses for all roles, constantly updating and organizing talent lists and files • Familiarity with adult media is strongly preferred • Mandarin speaking is preferred Salary & Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience.
