Midnight Creative creates bold, atmospheric productions that blend traditional theatre with immersive, interactive experiences. Our performers command the stage and stay fully in character within the world of the show. Audience sizes range from intimate 60-person gatherings to productions with 300+ attendees.
Many of our concepts lean gothic in tone. A love of literature, Victorian fashion, quirky costuming, and horror fits naturally within our work.
Some events include alcohol pairings, so comfort working in environments where alcohol is present and served is required.
We look for multi-disciplinary creatives. Actors, musicians, vocalists, dancers, comedians, culinary artists, costumers, and other makers all have a place in our productions.
This role begins part-time, with consistent opportunities and the potential to grow into full-time ensemble work.
What we’re looking for:
Strong performance ability across stage and immersive formats
Full memorization of lines for performance, no scripts or audio cues
Confidence engaging audiences while remaining in character
Creative range across disciplines
Professionalism and strong collaboration skills
Willingness to travel is a plus, not required
