"Bobtail BONG BONG: A Monkey’s Tale" Directed by: Ali Oliver-Krueger First Rehearsal: late August 2025 Performances: Daytime performances Sep 26, 27, 28; October 3, 4, 5, 18, 19 (no shows 10/11 & 10/12). Bob the Monkey is the smartest monkey in the land, and they want everyone to know it! In this interactive theatre forum, children follow Bob’s misadventures and help Bob figure out where they went wrong, and where they could try out better solutions to turn things around. This play for young children incorporates forum theatre, playback theatre, and improv techniques to tackle fairness and problem solving. If you are interested in Bobtail BONG BONG, please prepare a children’s song, nursery rhyme, or other short song (8 – 16 bars) to be sung a cappella.
