The Theatrical Casting Specialist at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is responsible for seeking and identifying talent that meets the established performance standards of the company. The specialist will communicate efficiently with both external and internal contacts regarding the pursuit of specialized talent and will participate in the ongoing casting and hiring process for production cast members and entertainment staff. In this position, the specialist will work closely with the Manager of Theatrical Casting to forecast and plan audition calendars, recruiting tours, conventions, and strategic audition advertising for all entertainment programs. They will assist in identifying tracks, role assignments, and casting decisions, and will work alongside the Theatrical & Casting Operations Specialist to secure all requirements for auditions and recruitment events.
