Training: Manage and monitor Grace Hill training for property employees Create a monthly email with “challenges” pertaining to the month’s Gracehill training for on-site staff to put the training to daily/weekly/monthly use. Continuous development of knowledge related to property management Front Desk Reception backup (along with other hourly employees) Other duties as assigned Assist with lead special projects Back-up resource to Marketing related duties to HMS Coordinate print and online advertising for all properties; measure ad effectiveness Create ads for the resident newsletters Ability to work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
