Duties and Responsibilities • Deliver accurate communication during simulations and feedback sessions • Monitor and document learner performance meticulously, aligning with set objectives • Portray patient cases with consistency, empathy and emotional accuracy to create an immersive learning environment • Provide objective feedback on learner interactions, noting specific behaviors and communication styles • Record work hours accurately for each assignment, ensuring payroll precision • Maintain clear and prompt communication with administrative staff regarding scheduling, operational queries or unforeseen issues • Arrive on time and well-prepared for all simulations and training sessions, having thoroughly reviewed relevant materials • Participate in simulation exercises as designated, contributing to the breadth of learning experiences
